Custom Binding
独自のサンドイッチ構造によるボディデザインが、構造全体に奥行きを与えています。ボトムにアッシュ、ミドルにウォルナット、トップにもアッシュを配した3層構造は、美しいフィニッシュを引き立てる上品な風合いを演出します。
Balanced 3x4 Headstock
Volaのクラシックなヘッドストックが多弦仕様に対応。3×4のペグレイアウトにより、ロック式のハードウェアが高い安定性と扱いやすさを実現しています。さらに、Floydテンションバーを搭載することで、ナットからの弦の角度が明確になり、チューニングの安定性が一層高まります。
Roasted Maple Neck
J3モデルのネックにはローステッドメイプルを採用。美しい外観に加え、加熱処理によって水分や不純物が取り除かれ、安定性と耐久性が向上しています。気温や湿度の変化にも強く、移動の多いミュージシャンにも最適です。ネックシェイプには、多彩なプレイスタイルに対応するVola Modern C（MC）を採用。1フレットでの厚みは20mm、12フレットでは21mm。滑らかなサテン仕上げが、快適な演奏性を支えます。
GOTOH Hardware
チューニングの安定性と操作性を高めるため、Gotoh製のサムホイールロック式ロッキングペグを搭載。さらに、Gotohが誇る510Tシリーズのトレモロブリッジを採用し、多弦構成においても優れた安定性を発揮します。イントネーションの調整もスムーズに行え、細かなセッティングにも対応します。
Stainless Steel Frets
24本のステンレス製ミディアムジャンボフレットと27インチスケールの組み合わせにより、極上の演奏性を実現。耐久性に優れたステンレスフレットは、長寿命に加え、ビブラートやチョーキングの滑らかさ、ピッキングへの反応性にも優れています。
This guitar is next level, the attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing. It's really in a league of its own, I was super impressed initially and then when I spent some time with it playing, it got better and better. The playability is awesome, 27" scale length executed perfectly and for a 7 string it's very ergonomic and comfortable to have in your lap. Bare knuckles are tough sounding and heaps of tonal options with the single coils and coil splits. The fretboard is really the master piece here, the roasted maple is incredible and stainless frets. You can just move around so nice. The hard case to top it off. I liked it so much I just bought the J2 6 string version. I've played high end ESP and Ibanez guitars and this guitar, knocks it out for the money. Highly do recommend.
Honestly, this is a great guitar. Love the looks, the 27-inch scale length is awesome, and having a BKP in the bridge is a big plus. The build quality is decent, but definitely could be better. It had a few minor flaws that my guitar tech ended up fixing for me, but stuff like that should’ve been avoided in the first place. That’s pretty much why I’m giving it 4 stars. If they step up their QA and stop being so careless, this would easily be a 5-star guitar for the price.

Incredible guitar, everything is top notch, perfect setup and build quality straight out of the box. I had high expectations and they were shattered.
The only negatives for me are the bottom spike on the guitar body can be a little uncomfortable depending on how I'm sitting but it forces me to be in a good position which is good in a way I guess and with this being a 27" scale and being setup in standard tuning with common strings (10-59) the tension is a bit higher so I'll need to change string gauge or tune lower and resetup everything if I want less tension, but it's far from unplayable, this is all understandable and not really a knock against the product. It's setup so perfectly that it annoys me having to change it.
All in all, amazing but you have to sit the way the guitar expects you to and another setup might be necessary to have less tension.
