The 510T series of tremolo bridges are Gotoh's pursuit of greater tremolo functionality. It has a low clearance arm system of GOTOH's own design. To help guarantee a strong and hard-wearing tremolo pivot point, an extremely resilient chromium steel was used for the bridge plate.

Stainless Steel Frets

22 stainless steel medium jumbo frets and a 25.5" scale length tie together for effortless playability. The durable stainless steel provides longer fret life, better vibrato, smoother bends, and more responsive to attack. Paired with the roasted maple fingerboard, the two are a match made in heaven.

From moment I took it out and strummed it I knew I had a unique and beautiful instrument . I own many high ends boutique guitars . This guitar has NOTHING to be jelous off . The setup was also incredible . Low like a like it and the Gotoh in floating mode fro fluttering. Perfect tuning , and the rope is absolutely gorgeous. You can feel the love put in the building this guitar oozing out of it . Incredible . Keep doing what you’re doing ! You’re the best!

I ordered this OZ on a saturday and it was delivered the next friday in Montpellier France. I love the light blue color of this one. The craftmanship is second to none and the guitar arrived perfectly set up with brand new d'addario high quality strings. I really appreciate the concept and versatility of this guitar. The pickups are excellent and there is nearly no volume drop with the coil tap. The feel of the MC roasted neck is just unbelievable and make this guitar a joy to play. I have to admit that this guitar is superior to my US Prs NF3. So the next step will be to sell some of my guitars that I am no longer playing and to order another VOLA. The question is now which one.
GREAT JOB VOLA

I've only had the guitar a couple of weeks at writing this review. Keep that in mind.

Shipping: Was exceedingly fast. 3 days from Hong Kong (why not Japan?) Arrived in perfect condition.

The Case: Love the fact that it came with a hard shell case designed for the guitar. Fits perfectly. Love the purple(?) plush interior. Wish the pockets, or at least one of them, had a cover. Would help keep things contained while the case is open. Ya know, the case won't always be opened flat, or on the floor. But that is a small inconvenience for getting such a nice case.

The Guitar: Beautiful. Could end the review right there. Nicely tiger striped top, altho' the grains aren't matched that well, yet still strikingly beautiful. Really like the clear pickguard. All of the components feel solid, top notch. The pickups are unexpectedly clean and clear. Not sure why I thought they wouldn't be, but they are. Lots of definition even when driven hard. I really like the sound of the pickups "unsplit", as well as split. Gets a sort of vintage 3 coil sound when split, and a bit of modern 3 coil when not split. Really don't notice too much with the "Add Front Pickup" feature. And altho' it seems cool, haven't felt the "Bypass Tone" button adds that much. Nice idea, maybe I just don't know how/when to use that. The neck is a lot thinner than I had expected. Not quite used to it, yet. And, it's a bit wider than I'm used to. There's some "getting used to it" there, as well. All in all, it's a great guitar. And for the $$$'s, its hard to beat. This isn't just a shred machine, so I hope Vola doesn't get type cast that way. The OZ is a very versatile guitar. I've been doing country on it. Will use it on my bands next home recordings (hard rock and prog-ish). All in all, super happy. It's a keeper, for sure.

Best guitar!!!

I’m a worship guitar player in a medium large church. My weapons of choice are usually my USA PRS Guitars or my elite Stratocaster and I have one prestige.. I love having multiple tones available to me. I have been looking at Vola guitars for a while and the reviews .I could tell the quality of the guitar was there. I was concerned about the pick ups. the Christmas sale was on so I ordered me a guitar. I decided on the red Oz Rv TNC .
This guitar looks even better in person than it did in the pictures and the red is the perfect tone for me not too flashy. The neck has an excellent feel to it easy to play even in my 63-year-old hands.. The pick ups are absolutely quality pick ups. They are better than the pick ups in my elite HSS.
Absolutely equal to my PRS pick ups.
This guitar has been a joy to play. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks is everything and more than I hoped it would be. And I’m very particular about my guitars.
Well, done, Vola well, done

Had my OZ for couple of months now and it's absolute workhorse... Very versatile, very dynamic instrument, love it. And the price is just ridiculous to be honest... This could easily be 2300+ guitar. I also want to give masive props to the guys at customer service. Addressed every issue fast, answered all the question fast.

Also the top is just stunning! Thank you Vola!

There is really no way to explain how great this guitar is. I’ve had mine for 2 days now and am just in love with it. Absolutely beautiful, perfect fit and finish, and plays like a dream. I own several dozen guitars, some cost well over double what this does, and I’m not sure what to do with them right now. Seriously so happy I talked myself into this purchase. No way you will be disappointed if you get one of these.

My Vola Oz is amazing and many people say that about their guitar. Let me just add this fact. I own over 200 guitars and play many a day, but since I got my Oz, I play it every single day. The craftsmanship, the tone, and playability are a perfect combination. Thank you

My new vola is the best guitar that I have ever played for the money. It rivals (and beats some) others that cost twice as much. The pickups are fantastic.

This is my second Vola, and I've had it for almost two weeks now. My first was an OZ JRM, which is the best playing guitar I've ever owned, and I've owned over 50, including multiple PRS core models, older Gibsons, including a Howard Roberts Fusion, and several USA Made Fenders (2003 Eric Clapton Strat and a 1965 Strat). This one has the same neck, and plays equally well. The build quality is on par with any USA PRS I've ever owned, at half the price. Keep in mind that the neck measures 20mm at the first fret, so you have to like a shallow neck. Came set up perfectly right out of the box (1.5mm on the high E string at the 12th fret), and the pickups sound great. I'm an old dude, so I'm playing early '70s blues rock, mostly Allman Brothers. I ordered it on a Thursday and would have had it on Monday if it hadn't sat in the Jacksonville UPS center for an extra day. I can't give this company enough kudos, and don't understand why the they don't get more publicity. Oh yeah, it comes with a real case, like all guitars used to. The only possible complaint I have is they don't make a proper Les Paul style guitar, which I would buy in a heartbeat as long as it had the same Modern C neck!
