Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
- We will send you and invoice with the deposit request
- Your production slot is reserved once the deposit has been received.
- The remaining 50% balance is due once your instrument has been completed and is ready to ship.
- Customers will be contacted before final payment is collected.
Build Time
- Estimated build time is 6–8 months.
- Build times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, material availability, and custom specifications.

- Your guitar will ship after the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Changes & Cancellations
- Once production has begun, order specifications cannot be changed.
- Because each instrument is built to order, deposits are non-refundable.
