Bastien Teisseire

Bastien Teisseire’s love for music began early, teaching himself guitar at the age of nine. By 13, he was performing with variety orchestras, an experience that not only sharpened his skills but also taught him the importance of collaboration and how to adapt the guitar to different musical settings. Born and raised in the south of France, Bastien was already traveling between Toulouse and Paris for studio sessions by the time he was 16. After two years studying jazz musicology at the University of Toulouse, he made the leap to Paris to complete his degree and build a network in the heart of France’s music scene.
In Paris, Bastien performed in venues like La Boule Noire, La Petite Halle, and at jam sessions in places like Le Baiser Salé, always looking for opportunities to grow beyond social media. A key moment in his career came during a Vola Guitars shoot, where he connected with guitarists Kaspar Jalily, Pierre Danel, and Quentin Godet—musicians he had admired for years. In May 2024, shortly after graduating, Bastien toured the south of France with an orchestra, playing 30 concerts. On this tour, Kaspar lent him his Vasti KJM model—a guitar Bastien had dreamed of playing for years—marking the start of a special relationship with Vola Guitars.
Most recently, Bastien completed a Zénith tour with artist Luidji, someone whose music had inspired him since high school. The tour included Luidji’s first Zénith shows and a monumental concert at Bercy, broadcast on France TV. For this tour, Quentin lent him his JZ FRO, allowing Bastien to deliver his best performances on these legendary stages. Looking ahead, Bastien plans to move to Paris in 2025 to fully dedicate himself to his music. He aims to immerse himself in studio work and touring, continuing to explore new sounds and opportunities with Vola Guitars by his side.
