This guitar is the early birthday gift for myself.
The neck feel, body shape, sound and build quality is amazing!
Probably one of the best guitars I own.
I love this classic c neck much more than the modern c, it really feels great.
It is a lightweight guitar but very balanced without any neck dive issues.
It’s looks good, it’s feels good!

I’m a little worried because I tried to usjust the truss rod and it seems very stiff (hope it’s not a defect ) However, this guitar fit and finish is incredible. Vola is just a menace to the big guitar companies out there . This guitar for the money especially is incredible. Please keep doing what you’re doing . Keep making such amazing quality with love and care without raising prices . Make them affordable like you’re doing and you will never be forgotten. You are the best ! Incredible instrument !

I've been eyeing this model for years and finally decided to get one. I first got the OZ RV TNC and love it very much (my best playing guitar out of the 56 guitars I have owned over the years). My reason for wanting this model was because I liked the idea of having the HSH and the coil-tap switch in a Tele-type body.

Ergonomics/Playability
Personally, I always prefer Teles with forearm contour, as it's simply more comfortable on the forearm when playing, but since this model has the f-hole, I guess it wouldn't quite work. The forearm edge isn't too sharp like on some guitars (for example, violin carve top guitars tend to have very sharp forearm edges), but I'm still going to DIY a softer forearm contour on my KJM using air-dried clay (I've done this before with my Schecter California Classic, which has a violin carved top).

The chunky neck feels really nice--one of the nicest necks I've ever played. It is so smooth and feels substantial to hold, but never unwieldy. I tend to play guitars with very thin modern necks, and this is not too thick for me, and in fact, provides a nice variation to my other guitars with thinner necks.

The one small criticism I have, is the tip of the lower horn. Although the way it flares out looks nice, the tip will dig into your right thigh when you play sitting down. Luckily for me, I always use a Performaxe when I play sitting down, so it's not an issue for me, but it could be an issue for others.

There's one other small issue, which is the pickup switch in the bridge position gets to close to the volume knob, so you could only access the knob from the right sice. I know this is just following the classic Tele layout, but I think the original design could be improved and they had a chance to improve it but didn't.

Tones
The HSH and coil-tap gives you pretty much all the tones you'd ever need. I find this model even more flexible than the OZ RV TNC, beause with that guitar the mini-humbucker tone at the bridge is brighter and leaner than you typical humbucker, whereas with the KJM, you get a proper neck humbucker tone, and it's nice that that's clear and articulate and never too muddy. While the OZ RV TNC might have more switching options, I don't know how many people will actually utilize all those unique wiring options, not to mention it gets confusing. With the KJM, it's much more straightforward, and you still get ten different tones.

One concern I had was whether the single coil and coil-tap tones would be too thin and bright, and that is not the case at all with the KJM. Everything sounds well-balanced.

Aesthetics
This is a classy looking guitar, with the white finish, gold hardware, and roasted maple neck. The modified Tele shape with Vola's own twist is a nice modern touch that brings the classic aesthetic up to date.

Good price, good quality. I bought this guitar a month ago. The quality is better than I expect. It deserve at least 1.5times more pricing! I love to play this comfortable, good balanced, beautiful guitar everyday! Thank you for your good product! The neck is little bit thicker but good handgrip in my hand.

This guitar is probably one of the best deals out there. The neck, fretwork, and nut were immaculate right out the box. The texture of the neck and body matte finish is extremely soft and high quality feeling. They even paid attention to the paint where the pickups and f-hole are, which is pretty wild. The neck pocket has no gap at all and the hardware came installed perfectly.

In terms of sound, its very low wind, and clear “vintage paf” sounding, and the middle pickup sounds really incredible. Almost bell like. I’m glad I took a chance with Vola, they really seem to take pride in their work and instruments. I have owned PRS cores and Suhrs (which I love, no hate) and this thing stacks up to them for way less money. I highly recommend ! SS frets and Gotoh hardware at this price is wild.

After a ton of research as research I’m very happy I chose Vola. Excellent craftsmanship and playability!

Hi. I started to play guitar not long ago so, my opinion is not exactly one of an expert. Bought this guitar very recently and I find it absolutely great. Very happy! Every detail is smooth and playability is great. High quality finishing! I do have one suggestion. One of the good things about this is the fact that the guitar arrived with the setup done. And I found it perfect! I think it could be a good idea for you guys to share the measures you use, etc. Ideally, even share a video (youtube, or something) on your process of doing the setups. Other brands have stuff like that and I think this could help a lot to try to replicate for the future. Thanks and keep making good guitars like this one!

Guitare de très très bonne manufacture et très belle ! Surtout à ce prix là sachant qu'il s'agit d'une signature ! La configuration HSH des micros ainsi que le coil tap pour jeux en série ou parallèle apportent une grande variété de jeux. On peut tout jouer ou presque. Néanmoins il n' ya pas de table creusé sous le chevalet pour la technique du flotting, celui-ci repose sur le corps. Car cela ne fait pas partie d'une des techniques utilisé par Kaspar

The guitar is beautiful. It comes very nicely set up and it’s a pleasure to play. It’s also very good value, because the price for the specs is phenomenal.
Couple of things which would add a better experience: import tax is NOT included in the price. This is a problem as it’s 20% extra which isn’t clear when you buy it. This may or may not be a problem for you.
It needs an option for a case. The gig bag is pretty good, but I prefer a hard case, and there is no option to add it.
Other than these two issues, it’s been fantastic and I’m very happy with the purchase

This guitar is beautiful. I bought it for art in my office, but it is easily one of the best professional-level guitars I have ever played. It is a very small body and the neck is thick. So if your shredding it, maybe look at another model. This guitar is light and comfortable. I could would have expected twice the price for a product this good

This guitar is absolutely incredible. I was not expecting to get such a high quality build at this price point. The guitar is very light weight and ergonomic. It feels amazing to play straight out the box. I love the roasted neck, and the f-hole makes for great tonal character. The number of different pickup configurations with the coil tap in addition to the five way switch makes this guitar super versatile -- it can do it all and the sustain lasts forever!! I couldn't recommend this guitar more!!!

Just a magnificent instrument, I have never experiences a neck as smooth and buttery as this, it almost feels like it's not possible. The endless array of tones available through the electronics really does make this a one stop shop for just about anything you need to play. I wanted a T style in my arsenal and getting this is literally like buying three different versions in one. I'm so glad I found Vola...
