Our guitars our made 100% in Japan. They are shipped to our main hub in Hong Kong where we ship around the world. Doing this helps us keep the cost down and in return gives you a great deal on our MIJ guitars. Shipping is fast and easy. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at info@volaguitars.com
Once your new Vola Guitar order is placed, your guitar will be inspected again within 2-3 business days and before we ship to you.
You will then get an email with tracking info and the shipping courier will be scheduled to pick up your guitar.
Merchandise exclusion:
T-Shirts, Hats and more that are found under our "Merch" page are fulfilled by a 3rd party app and shipped direct to you. Any VAT or taxes are excluded in any merch price shown. There is a flat rate shipping fee for your country that you will see at checkout. This is separate from our guitar shipping rates and options you see below.
