SHIPPING INFORMATION
November, 2025 - Due to recent changes in customs regulations and the Government shutdown in the USA, some shipments may experience delays. Please rest assured that your order is on its way and we are doing everything possible to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. We provide all required paperwork and documentation to meet the new customs requirements, but in some cases, processing times may be longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Once your new Vola Guitar order is placed, your guitar will be inspected again within 2-3 business days and before we ship to you.
You will then get an email with tracking info and the shipping courier will be scheduled to pick up your guitar.
Merchandise exclusion:
T-Shirts, Hats and more that are found under our "Merch" page are fulfilled by a 3rd party app and shipped direct to you. Any VAT or taxes are excluded in any merch price shown. There is a flat rate shipping fee for your country that you will see at checkout. This is separate from our guitar shipping rates and options you see below.
