Kaspar Jalily continues to solidify himself as one of the most creative minds of his generation.
A multi-instrumentalist, producer, performer, and composer, the French phenom does not limit himself to one space, which has opened up a world of possibilities for him moving forward. Kaspar has also been an integral part of the Vola team over the years, contributing in a wide array of ways. Most recently, he rallied together a staggeringly talented group of French guitarists to collaborate on a series of visuals with Balsamiq Production. They created a steady rotation of musicians who chose different instruments to highlight their latest creative musings, and Jalily entered the mix with a collection of compelling pieces. In one particular piece, he chose the OZ RV TNC as his vehicle of sound. Opening with a quandary of harmonics, he carefully wove each note into the next, creating a sort of meditation in musical form. Proficiency is part of the common playbook of this standout musician, and the entirety of this composition demonstrates his foundational understanding of musical theory and intention. We are in constant awe of Kaspar’s playing, and are thankful to have him as part of the team.
