Christophe Babin
Christophe Babin is a 30 year old French bassist, composer and arranger.

He started playing with the heavy metal/progressive band "Headline", with whom he recorded 5 albums, two of them with the contribution of Dirk Verbeuren (Megadeth). This was followed by several European tours as opening act for bands such as Dio, Dream Theater, VandenPlas, Evergrey, Symphony X...

He began to make a name for himself in France when he participated in the album "Basses Influences- Vol II", which also featured contributions from Eric Serra and Jimmy Haslip (Yellowjackets, Gino Vanelli..).

Meanwhile, he continued his career in studio sessions and live performances for other artists and bands - Rudy Roberts with Jonathan Mover as guest (Joe Satriani, Aretha Franklin) and Tom Kennedy (Al diMeola, Planet X), Ayme (The Voice, French TV broadcast)...

In 2014, he joined Pat O'May as bass player, a band with which he toured Europe and recorded 2 albums. At the same time he joined "Attraction Theory" with John Macaluzo (Ark, YngwieMalmsteen, TNT...) and had the opportunity to play in the USA.

He also shared the stage as bassist with artists such as Ian Paice (DeepPurple), Patrick Rondat (Jean-Michel Jarre), Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal (Guns & Roses, Sons of Apollo), Pat Mc Manus (Mama's Boys), Martin Barre (Jethro Tull).
