Without a doubt my favorite guitar I’ve ever played. The quality was beyond my expectations. I was nervous about the pickups, but they sound great. Shipping was mind blowing fast too. I really don’t see how they keep this thing priced the way they do, but I’m happy I bought it.

The JZ FRO plays as beautifully as it looks. Love the feel and playability of the neck, stainless steel frets, P90 pickups.

Straight out of the box, gigged this guitar with zero issue. Plays amazing, looks even better in person. Gig bag it came with it super super nice. The only heads up i'd give is for people looking for that P90 style bite of the pickups, it sounds a lot less like P90's. and a lot more like the guitars whose shape inspired it. Can't wait for the 7 string version!

Although me personally, I mostly play with my volume on 10, I noticed that turning the volume knop only works between 6 and 10. Was this intended to be like that, or has a wrong type of volume pot been installed. Thanks for your feedback on this.

Absolutely stunning instrument!

First of all, the shipping was incredibly fast. It took only about 5 days to arrive in Spain, and I had no issues at all with customs or import fees.

The guitar arrived perfectly packed, professionally set up, and almost completely in tune right out of the box. For the price, I honestly don't think you can find a better instrument. The build quality is excellent, the fretwork is flawless, and it's extremely comfortable to play.

The neck is probably my favorite feature. Not only does it feel amazing in the hand and play effortlessly, but the flame maple looks absolutely gorgeous as well.

I genuinely can't say enough good things about this guitar. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Vola to anyone looking for a high-quality instrument. Great job, Vola!

I have owned this guitar for 15 months now and I have used it with a band and for practising at home. The setup and playability was spot on when I got it. The neck with the stainless steel frets feels very comfortable to play although it is a little thinner than I was used to. Bends and solo runs fell effortless, the limit is my own technique. The Gotoh trem and locking tuners keeps the guitar in tune no matter what. The P90s has a rich sound and cut through nicely when playing with a band. I am very happy with my JZ FRO and play it regularly.

Best Christmas gift I got for myself! The tone and possibilities to play with are just perfect! The P90s sound just lovely!

I love it, there is just one tiny thing that bugs me about it.
The volume knob is a little too close to the strings and a little too easy to turn, so every now and again I get an upstrum at full volume, which is always fun.
I have a TNC where the volume knob is at the same distance, but it's a lot stiffer and so the volume doesn't change unexpectedly.
That being said, it is a stunning instrument and makes a beautiful sound. The P90's are just amasing. I love it.

My third Vola guitar and it’s for a very good reason. The guitar was shipped extremely quick and arrived in Canada within 2 days! It is packaged well like usual and arrived without a dent. The set up out of the box is low and very comfortable. I’ve been disappointed with big brands like Fender at a higher price point and worse specs than this. Vola has completely changed my expectations for what a consumer should expect for a guitar at this price point, a true musician’s guitar brand!

This guitar nails the balance between vintage vibe and modern playability. The moment I tried it, I knew it was the one - it’s easily one of the most fun and inspiring guitars I’ve ever played. I originally had my eye on the olympic white, but I’m so glad I went with the shell pink. That color just makes you smile every time you pick it up!

Very comfortable thin roasted maple neck and offset body with top notch hardware. Hotter P90 S P90 pickup configuration that can get nice and overdrivey to clean and chimey though my Hughes and Kettner tube amp. I've seen many videos on the quality of Vola guitars so I took a chance on this model because it sounded and looked cool as hell on the YouTube reviews. I'm happy to say it's exactly what I wanted. This is a versatile, high quality made instrument and you can feel it right when you take it out of the case.

I first saw and heard about these guitars on YouTube. All of them said how great sounding they were and that the fit and finish were perfect. I waited for the white one to be in stock and ordered one. Guitar arrived today, only took 5 business days to arrive at my doorstep. Plugged and played it today, and all I can say is it really is as good as what the guitar influencers on YouTube describe it as. Workmanship is impeccable, tone is what I'm looking for and is also very versatile. Why only 4 stars? Well the one I got has barely there flame maple figure. The flame figure is only on the headstock, frets 1-3 and 6. The back of the neck has some grain figure, but the front of the fretboard is barely there. There is also a knot on the headstock. I guess you have to be a YouTuber to get a handpicked one that has some real nice flame maple figuring. I know it's petty to remove one star, but I'm just disappointed that I didn't get one like the guitar-fluencers on YouTube. I bought this primarily to own a guitar with P90s, and because I wanted to own a guitar with exotic flame maple. Don't let this discourage you from buying one though. I can't fault Vola for this, because these guitars aren't on shelves where they can be hand picked. This won't be my last purchase from Vola.

I had wanted an offset for a while and just fell in love with the looks of this guitar. Took a chance ordering without having ever played a Vola but online found nothing but good reviews from professionals. I must admit that this guitar exceeded all of my expectations. The quality is 100% top notch - aesthetically and functionally. The only adjustment I made was to lower the action a bit - which is personal preference. This is my first guitar with stainless steel frets and I am not sure I can go back. The neck is so silky and at 7.4 lbs a very comfortable play.

I am traditionally a strat player - love the way the sit, play and feel. Having said that - I haven't picked up another guitar since receiving my JZ FRO. This guitar is rips and is just a work of art!

Awesome guitar! I received my Viola JZ in shell pink about a month ago. It quickly skyrocketed to my #1! Everything about this instrument is thought it and executed really well. Fit and finish are excellent, materials are highest quality. Flamed neck is beautiful. Over all the guitar is balanced well when it comes to ergonomics and sound. Pickups are great and handle everything thrown at them. I am super happy with my purchase. Voila was a pleasure to do business with as well!

I’m a returning Vola customer and I could not be more impressed with the JZ FRO. I did a full video unboxing and short demo on my YouTube channel - John’s Guitar Lounge - when I took delivery 3 days ago. I’ll be doing a longer demo video soon, too.

I have never been a huge fan of “offset” guitars, so I was a little unsure as to how I would like this guitar. I am absolutely floored. The neck is super fast (as fast as my OZ TNC). The new P90-style pickups are warm and creamy but have plenty of bite. The pickup combinations - in true Vola fashion - are both innovative and useful. The guitar is super comfortable to hold and the body contours hug my body - no easy task, since I’m not what most people would consider “slim.” Stop thinking about it and buy one so you can finally see what you’ve been missing.

Incredible guitar, not just for the money, but overall. Pickups sound great. Neck is beautiful. Hardware feels great. Tremolo is light but very controllable.
