We are excited to announce the Vola 2025 Solo Competition, our annual global showdown to bring out the best of the best musicians! This year, we're celebrating your creativity, skill, and self-expression with amazing prizes and exclusive educational content. Here's how to enter:
1. GET THE BACKING TRACK
• Fill the form below and submit to download the official backing track composed by Colton Martin.
2. RECORD AND FILM YOUR SOLO ON GUITAR OR BASS
• One track, no double track, no harmonies added.
• Use the backing track as is with no edits and no pitch changes.
3. SUBMIT YOUR SOLO VIDEO
• Upload your submission to YouTube before 11:59 pm on July 15th, 2025 Central Time with the hashtag #TheVola2025SoloCompetition in the description area of the video (VERY IMPORTANT). It can also be included in the title.
• You may upload your submission to any social account of your choice, but your official submission must be uploaded to YouTube with the hashtag in the description to be valid.
• Your submission is your solo on the original backing track, nothing else. One submission only, multiple submissions by the same contestant will not be valid.
• Subscribe to Vola Guitars' YouTube account and any of our Facebook pages and Instagram accounts to interact with other contestants!
